FOR EVENING STUDY SESSIONS
You sit down to study. One short video turns into the rest of the evening. The 3–14–90 Reset System gives you a phone boundary, a small first task and a way back after an off day.
One payment. Your own pace. Use a saved PDF or print your copy.
A ROUTINE YOU CAN RETURN TO
Use them with an essay, an exam topic
or the project you keep putting off.
Choose a place for your phone and a boundary for the next block.
Name one concrete task. Give your time a clear job.
Begin with a small block. Use the minimum version when you need it.
Record what happened. Leave the next action ready.
An off day has a next step, too. Use the smaller version, then continue with the next numbered day.

ONE WORKED EXAMPLE
Use a task that matters to you. This is a worked example, not a customer result.
If tonight is already over, leave the task and cue ready for tomorrow. No catch-up marathon.
03 / BEFORE YOU START
Keep the plan simple enough to use
on an ordinary day.
Choose the free 3-day reset if you want to try one phone boundary and a short focus block. Choose the 14-day reset to build a daily routine. The 90-day pack helps you apply that routine to one project. You can start any plan independently; each includes its own instructions.
The 3-day reset takes about 10 minutes of setup or reflection plus a 10-minute focus block each day. In the 14-day reset, most days include 5–15 minutes for the mission, a 10–25 minute focus block and a short log. In the 90-day pack, build days usually include 5–10 minutes of planning and a 10–25 minute block. These are adjustable starting points; light and review days work differently.
Continue with the next numbered day and carry forward only essential unfinished setup. Every mission has a smaller fallback. After a longer pause, choose a realistic restart date instead of trying to catch up on several days at once.
These are digital PDF workbooks. Every plan also includes the two-page Start Tonight card. You can type in the fields using a compatible PDF app, annotate the pages or print them. There are no videos, physical shipments or subscriptions included. No paid app is required.
Downloads are being prepared. Once they open, your receipt email will provide access to your chosen plan and the Start Tonight card. Newsletter signup will be a separate, optional choice.
No fixed number of days guarantees a lasting habit. These workbooks are practical planning tools with original exercises. They help you try a routine, record what happens and adjust it. They are not a medical treatment or a promise of a particular result.
